Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase.

Shipping Times We ship to all 50 US states. Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delays While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days please contact us at support@ezewell.com and we will make it right.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or full refund.
